In the morning of 29 June 2014, “ The Cooperation Agreement about Municipal Waste Incineration Project in Shuangfeng” was officially signed by the government in Shuangfeng, Wuhu Conch Investment Co. Ltd. and Shuangfeng Conch Cement Co. Ltd.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
The agreement agreed that this project will be invested by Wuhu Conch Investment Co. Ltd. which will construct a set of municipal waste incineration system with the daily capacity of 200t. Wuhu Conch Investment Co. Ltd. will register a project company in Shuangfeng to operate the whole project. The government in Shuangfeng will be responsible of the collection, transfer and transport of the waste and will provide certain subsidies.
Before the signing, the general manager of Conch venture Mr Ji Qinying met the mayor and his delegation from Shuangfeng in Conch international conference center.
The mayor hoped that Company could accelerate the design and construction of the project, and government would support the Company with its full strength to solve the trash problem in Shuangfeng.
The mayor and his delegation also visited the Company’s exhibition hall and Conch Kawasaki Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd. to learn about the Company’s history and the development of its main businesses in detail. ??
