Resently, Company has signed the contract for constructing Phase 2 garbage treatment project in Tongling with Tongling Conch Cement Co. Ltd. to build another garbage treatment production line with 300t/d capacity, and a trash penetrating fluid processing system with 150t/d capacity as well. The business mode is EPC. Conch Venture will be in charge of design, equipment purchase and construction. The total amount of the contract reaches 50 million RMB.

Phase 1 garbage treatment project in Tongling
Phase 1 garbage treatment project in Tongling was built and put into production in January 2010 with 300t/d capacity of garbage and 50t/d of sludge, which has accumulatively treated over 0.5 million tons of municipal waste for over 5 years. This project realized the seamless joint between garbage gasification system and cement kiln system. Not only could it treat the harmful gas such as dioxin, but also treat trash penetrating fluid and solidify heavy metals, which has successfully solved the garbage treatment problem faced by local people in Tongling by avoiding the secondary pollution problem caused by traditional garbage treatment and achieving the real zero release.
