On 12?March?2016, “The Cooperation Agreement about Solid Waste Treatment by Cement Kiln?Project in Shimen” was officially signed between the government in?Shimen and Conch Venture.?

This project, with designed capacity of 200t per day, disposing kinds of solid waste including municipal sludge, industrial solid waste, hazardous waste and so on,is the second project which is invested in Shimen by Conch Venture, and the first project is the project of municipal waste incineration via cement kiln contracted in July 2014.

On the signing ceremony, the two parties also signed the frame agreement about ACA boards project.
Before the signing, Mr Ji Qinying went to check the potential plant site with the company of government leader from Shimen.
